Padraig is CEO of Connect Academy , a business that specialises in advising Life Science companies on solutions that leverage Human Factors to deliver business outcomes. In particular, Connect Academy implements Picomto Digital Work Instructions so as to dramatically reduce human error and deliver important benefits to companies.

Padraig has a substantial background in Higher Education and, for the past 7 years, has applied a science-based approach to generating positive behavioural change for the Academy’s customers.
